How to Claim a Refund
- Submit Photos: Email the photos to info@lushfur.com.
- Processing: Wait 3 business days for review. We’ll email you the next steps.
This guarantee applies to all purchases on info@lushfur.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days if the required proof is provided.
Standard Return Policy FAQs
Return Period: You may return products within 30 days if you are unsatisfied, provided they are in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging.
Received Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items? Contact us within 30 days with photos of the tracking number and the received product. We’ll review and offer a replacement (at no cost if possible) or a gift card.
Return Shipping Costs? You must pay for return shipping. Use USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and insurance as Lush Fur™ isn’t responsible for lost returns.
Note: Label the package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" to avoid it being sent back to you.
Return Without Contact us? No, contact us first. A tracking number helps track and expedite your return. Returns without contact aren’t guaranteed.
Tracking Returns? Track returns with your carrier’s info. We’ll email confirmation once we receive and process your package. Check your order history for updates.
Refund Timeline? Refunds are issued to the original payment method after confirming the returned items are unopened. Provide tracking info. Financial institutions usually process refunds in 3-5 days but it can take up to 7 days. Contact your credit card provider for details.

Refund Express Shipping Costs? No, express shipping costs aren’t refundable, but we offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@lushfur.com.
- Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has shipped.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all cancellations. This fee covers processing and restocking costs.
- If the order has already shipped, cancellations will not be possible, and you must follow our return process to receive a refund.
